Tempests (Tempests are a closed species!)

    Species Info: Tempests are a humanoid species with a much higher water content in their bodies than regular humans. They can manipulate the water inside their bodies by moving it around, generally to become a limb such as the hand or arm. This concentrated area of water can then be frozen and/or change shape to become a weapon, for example. The excess water in their bodies also often manifests itself as exterior features such as horns, wings, and tails. Their eyes and hair are always extremely glossy, and hair and skin is much softer than the average human. Tempests also most commonly have a variation of blue, green or purple eyes and water features.
    Sub Groups
      Aeros | ???? | ????
      Aeros (sometimes called Bubblies or Suds) are a sub group of the Tempest Species. Due to the make up of chemicals in their bodies, their 'water content' forms a lather, or bubbles.

Headcanon: This Aero Tempest has sheep like features (hence the fluffy tail, horns and ears). He is a skilled marksman and stores his water content in his fingertips in order to create and freeze the arrows he uses in his 'rifle'. The transparent hoop around his waist, can be used as a harness device using the gold jumper cable attached to it. These cables can be detached and used for various purposes, such as grappling, and can also be attached to the hoops around his ankles and wrists.
